The iService Assistant contains a knowledge base of answers built from the questions our customers ask.

What can you do with iService Assistant?

• Click Find Answers to see all the topics.
• Click a topic to list its answers, and click any answer listed to read it.
• Search within the results you've selected to narrow the list.
• Rate an article's usefulness.

You can do even more when you register and log in:

• Click Ask a Question, choose your topic, and enter your question. The answer will be emailed to you, and it will be published to the knowledge base for other users (without reference to you), if appropriate.
• Select an answer and click Subscribe to be notified by e-mail whenever it is changed or updated. You can read the latest version from your own View Subscriptions panel.
• View questions you have submitted. You can add information to unanswered questions or delete questions you no longer need answered.
